Welcome to the Autumn edition of Transceiver, the newsletter from Taylor Wessing focusing on key issues and developments regarding standards and patents for businesses operating in the technology and communications sectors.

In this edition of Transceiver we take an in-depth look at the highly anticipated Unwired Planet decision.
