The UK government has now published its Data Protection and Digital Information Bill.  This will not only revise the UK's data privacy framework (the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, and PECR), it also covers a range of other data sharing issues  including customer and business data, smart data and health data.. How radical are the proposals and what will they mean for businesses, particularly for multi-nationals which are already GDPR-compliant?
