Vita is an Associate in our IP & Media team, specialising in litigation and dispute resolution across the full range of IP rights. Vita advises clients on contentious IP matters relating to trade marks, passing off, designs and copyright.
Vita works across all IP and media issues, particularly involving advisory, litigation and alternative dispute resolution. Vita has extensive experience in IP litigation before the High Court, Court of Appeal, and Intellectual Property Enterprise Court, including cross-border infringement litigation. She has experience across all sectors; however, she has acted for large brand owners in luxury goods, hospitality, retail, food and beverage and fashion.
Vita is also working in reputation management, advising media clients on issues such as, defamation, privacy, confidentiality and harassment.
