Guang is a genuine cross-border lawyer: With qualifications and admissions in China, Germany, UK and USA, he efficiently advises companies on contract, labour and corporate law as well as in dispute resolution - primarily in business activities in connection with China.
His language skills are a great advantage as he can advise in German, Chinese and/or English as required. In the event of dispute resolution, he conducts out-of-court negotiations and represents his clients' rights in international arbitration proceedings and national disputes. In the manufacturing and industrial sectors, he advises clients in arbitration proceedings under CIETAC, DIS, HKIAC, ICC, SHIAC, VIAC rules and before civil courts. Guang has professional experience as a parliamentary official of the city of Beijing and as a lawyer in Shanghai, Hong Kong and Germany.
