Walter Pöschl has been advising national and international companies on all aspects of individual and collective labour law for over 20 years. He specialises in contentious employment law, temporary employment and alternative contractual arrangements (freelance work, contracts for work and services, etc.). He also deals with special issues such as the law on strikes and the impact of artificial intelligence on the employment relationship.
