Mattias Rättzén is an associate specialising in intellectual property law and provides advice on contentious and non-contentious matters in the life sciences and technology sectors.
Mattias is a New York and Swedish qualified attorney with a broad range of patent litigation experiences, covering technical fields such as medical diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, electronics, telecommunications, software and engineering. He also has experience of copyright and trademark litigation, as well as disputes involving claims of unfair competition and competition law. Mattias has a particular interest in multi-jurisdictional and cross-border issues related to intellectual property law, and has published several articles on these topics.
