Matthew is a Senior Associate in the Commercial Technology & Data team. He has broad experience in advising on intellectual property, consumer protection, and commercial contracts matters with a particular focus on technology, including online platform terms, IT services, and the development and licensing of software.
Matthew has acted for a wide variety of clients, ranging from international FTSE100 organisations to tech start-ups, in the UK and internationally. He has also gained significant commercial experience through secondments to multinational banks and a government department.
