Lauren is an associate in the Financial Services Regulatory group. She advises a wide range of financial services institutions, including payment service providers, e-money firms, investment managers, banks and brokers, on a variety of UK financial services laws and regulations. Typical matters include advising on authorisation and perimeter issues, implementation of FCA conduct rules, the regulators' exercise of their supervisory and enforcement powers, managing regulatory change and providing support to corporate matters in the financial services sector. Lauren has a keen interest in advising on payment services and e-money regulations and legislation. She has spent time on secondment at a global provider of technology and document services.
