Advising Cara on a prestigious acquisition	Cara Real Estate, the real estate arm of Cara Investment, on its acquisition of 7-10 Waterloo Place from real estate investment manager Barings. The Grade II listed office building in St James' was sold for GBP71m and is Cara's second London deal following the purchase of 20 Soho Square for GBP117m in 2018. This transaction drew on the deep expertise offered by the firm's real estate, construction, planning, banking and finance and corporate teams.
InfraRed's Active Real Estate fund on the acquisition of multi let logistics assets	InfraRed's Active Real Estate fund on the acquisition of in excess of 4 million square feet of multi let logistics and industrial assets in the UK.
InfraRed Capital Partners on its GBP20m acquisition of a multi-let industrial estate	InfraRed Capital Partners Limited on its GBP20m acquisition of a 105,000 sq ft (c. 9,755 m²) multi-let industrial estate. The estate is located in Sidcup, in the south east of Greater London. The acquisition marks the start of InfraRed’s recent GBP200m commitment to its Core+ urban logistics strategy and will aim to capture the increasing demand for warehousing space near large and growing metropolitan areas.

Tritax Big Box REIT plc on the GBP370m acquisition of db Symmetry	Tritax Big Box REIT on its acquisition of db Symmetry, which owns one of the UK’s largest strategic land portfolios for the development of Big Box real estate assets and related logistics facilities. The acquisition attributed an enterprise value of GBP370 million to db Symmetry.
