Hannah is an associate in our Construction & Engineering team. She specialises in all areas of non-contentious construction law, as well as construction issues arising from real estate and finance transactions.
Hannah works with a range of national and international construction clients, including developers, employers, contractors, consultants and financial institutions. Prior to working in London, Hannah spent almost four years working for an international law firm in Qatar where her role focussed heavily on construction and dispute resolution across the MENA region.
Hannah is familiar with all of the industry leading standard form contracts, including JCT, NEC, CIC and ACE, and negotiates and advises on development contracts, building contracts, professional consultant appointments and related documents, including collateral warranties, third party rights, bonds and guarantees and novation agreements.
