Fields in which he advises include marketing and selling, data protection, interception of communications, waste and recycling, export control, products and safety and in other fields related to technology, the internet, data protection and privacy and consumers. He also advises on contracts relating to outsourcing, software licensing and use (including “software as service” models), software and systems development, hardware supply and support, websites, apps, leasing and rental of technology, distribution, agency and marketing arrangements, partnering agreements, and many other types of contract.
