Caroline advises North American and UK clients on the full range of contentious and non-contentious employment issues. Caroline's contentious experience involves conducting a variety of employment tribunal claims in relation to dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, employment status and wages.
Caroline's non-contentious experience ranges from contract and policy drafting to advising on disciplinary and grievance processes, employment status, redundancies and TUPE compliance.
Caroline also regularly advises on employment aspects of corporate transactions and represents both employees and employers in settlement negotiations.
