Julia Ofer

Julia is a senior counsel in the Corporate and Commercial group of our Dubai office. She acts for clients on a wide range of transactions in the UAE and Middle East region, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and investment re-structuring. Julia advises clients on a number of increasing and fast developing local law compliance affairs, including data protection and privacy, corporate governance, and on specialist regulatory matters that are essential to the financial services and healthcare sectors.

With many years of experience advising on commercial terms taking UAE law specifics into account, especially for agency and distribution matters, and franchise arrangements, Julia also supports clients with their regular commercial contracts requirements.
