Based in our Dublin office, Libby advises Irish and international banks and financial institutions (including insurance and reinsurance companies), alternative lenders and corporate borrowers in relation to all kinds of debt matters including but not limited to domestic and international bilateral and syndicated corporate facilities, REF investment and development facilities, leveraged acquisition financings, consensual workouts and loan portfolio sales and investments. Libby also advises financial institutions on Irish banking and payments regulatory matters and on setting up operations in Ireland.
