Enikő Lukács

Enikő has more than ten years of experience in arbitration, litigation, insolvency and enforcement proceedings.

She advises and represents clients in domestic and international disputes, in institutional arbitration proceedings before various arbitral forums, including the Permanent Arbitration Court attached to the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MKIK), the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the Vienna International Arbitral Centre (VIAC), as well as in ad hoc arbitration proceedings under the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules. Clients also seek her support in arbitration-related court proceedings, especially in the setting aside of arbitral awards and the enforcement of foreign arbitral awards. She also advises clients on questions related to cross-border insolvency, restructuring and enforcement proceedings. 

Enikő´s comprehensive experience spans various sectors including commercial, construction, oil and manufacturing, transportation, energy, M&A (shareholder and post-M&A disputes), as well as finance  (security enforcement matters). Enikő regularly contributes to publications on arbitration, insolvency and restructuring topics.
