Sevda is a member of the restructuring and corporate recovery practice area in our Munich office. Her consultancy includes advice on the restructuring of financial engagements of domestic and international lenders and investors. In Addition, she advises companies and creditors on restructuring in a crisis or insolvency in major national and cross-border insolvency proceedings.
