Jonas advises on corporate litigation and corporate compliance. In the area of corporate litigation, he specializes in complex disputes between shareholders and companies, board liability issues and post-M&A disputes before state courts and in arbitration proceedings. His experience gained through a secondment with an international technology group shapes his understanding of economic interrelationships and corporate interests.
In addition, he continuously develops and optimizes compliance management systems, carries out extensive compliance due diligence checks and is on site at companies to train employees in compliant conduct. In this context he also advises on internal investigations.
