Jonas Woitzyk advises on corporate litigation and ESG (Environmental Social & Governance).
In the area of corporate litigation, he specializes in complex disputes between shareholders and companies, board liability issues and post-M&A disputes before state courts and in arbitration proceedings.
In addition, he is an expert in ESG and sustainability matters. In this context, Jonas Woitzyk advises on legal components, such as reporting obligations, as well as on sustainable governance for companies. His experience gained through a secondment with an international technology group shapes his understanding of economic contexts and corporate interests.
Furthermore, he has extensive expertise in the area of corporate compliance. He develops and optimizes compliance management systems, conducts compliance due diligence audits and internal investigations, and is on-site at companies to train employees in compliant behavior.
