Carmen is a member of the Banking & Finance Practise Area. In particular, she advises German and international banks and financial institutions and private equity investors and corporations on complex national and cross-border finance transactions.
A focus of her practice is on corporate and acquisition financing transactions. Carmen also advises on other forms of financing, for example on fund finance transactions.
