Martin Gerner
As a corporate lawyer Martin advises on national and international transactions including joint ventures, leads cross-border teams and for many years has managed complex projects. His specialisation in the acquisition and sale of corporate groups and shareholdings illustrates his economic and strategic understanding of client interests.
Martin is also an expert in the digitalisation of legal work processes and is responsible for the Legal Tech division at Taylor Wessing. Martin is actively involved in the German Federal Association for Information Technology, Telecommunications and New Media (Bitkom).
