Sophie is counsel in the Banking & Finance Department of Taylor Wessing France.
Sophie’s practice covers a wide range of financing matters, advising lenders (including French, European and Asian banks), borrowers and public entities.
She has a significant experience in project finance (notably PPPs and renewable energy greenfield and brownfield), asset finance, restructuring, acquisition finance, venture loans, general corporate finance (including syndicated loans) and general banking, following a career working both as an in-house banking lawyer and in private practise.
