Alix is an associate in the IP/IT department of Taylor Wessing in Paris.
Alix acts both as a counsel and as a litigator in the fields of intellectual property and information and digital technologies.
She assists French and international clients in defining protection strategies of their IP assets, particularly through the audit of their IP portfolio. Alix has strong experience in the drafting and negotiation of contracts regarding IP assets such as licensing and acquisition, joint development and marketing agreements, supply, manufacturing and distribution agreements as well as strategic partnerships.
She is also experienced in consumer law (advertising, promotion, and loyalty program clearance; advertising and sponsorship agreements) and commercial agreements in information technology and digital transformation related matters. As part of her IT practice, Alix also covers corresponding regulatory issues including privacy and data protection (GDPR) issues.
Alix further provides assistance in the scope of all legal actions and/or negotiations of out-of-court settlements related to infringement, passing-off, unfair competition, or parasitism issues, as well as other forms of alternative dispute resolution.
After several experiences in international law firms and in-house, Alix joined Taylor Wessing in 2022.
