Angela Pan

Angela is a member of the Corporate Practice Group with substantial experience in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, general corporate, commercial contracts and antitrust. She advises foreign clients on their business activities in China, as well as advising Chinese clients going abroad.

Angela is admitted to the New York Bar and the New Jersey Bar and is qualified in the PRC. She advises clients on a broad range of sectors with a special focus on healthcare and manufacturing industries. She also advises companies on antitrust matters, including competition compliance review and obtaining antitrust clearance.
