Proud to be a member of the NOTICED network

We have joined the NOTICED network, a collaboration of over 20 law firms across the UK to promote diversity and inclusion in the legal industry.

In 2021, NOTICED published the NOTICED toolkit, a practical guide to facilitate allyship and conversations about race and ethnicity in the workplace. We encourage all of our people to take a look at the toolkit. Our colleagues will also be able to attend NOTICED events organised with law firm members throughout the year.

Tandeep Minhas, partner and co-chair of our Cultural Diversity Network shares her thoughts on us joining NOTICED: "We are pleased to be joining the NOTICED network as defeating systemic racism and inequality is our priority as a firm. The legal sector needs to do more, so we're committed to progressing our race and ethnicity strategy such as recruiting more diverse talent, improving the experience for our people and engaging with our clients and communities. We're looking forward to supporting the network and making connections with others who are equally passionate about positive change."
