Regulator guidance on the GDPR

The GDPR will apply from 25 May 2018. In the run up, regulators are publishing guidance on a range of compliance points which businesses may be dealing with for the first time, which are particularly complex, or which simply need a bit of further explanation. We take a look at some of the Article 29 Working Party guidance, draft ICO guidance on consent, and at what other EU regulators have published.
