Overview of our services

Our Data Protection and Information Law group provides clear, concise advice that cuts through the complex framework of data protection and wider information law. We have extensive experience in advising clients on ensuring compliant data and information handling practices. Our group includes specialists in information technology, outsourcing, e-commerce and public law. Our team also includes a former compliance manager of the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

New proposals have recently been published seeking to overhaul the current data protection landscape. This will introduce new concepts, more stringent obligations and tougher penalties for violation of the proposed new laws.
