Tracey specialises in complex private wealth matters representing high net wealth individuals, trustees and banks.
Tracey regularly advises clients on UK tax and trust issues, including advice for both UK and non-UK clients. She is particularly valued for her ability to make technical tax issues understandable for the client, together with her commercial and sympathetic approach to a variety of matters.
She is increasingly known for her ability to navigate issues for clients with US and UK connections. She regularly works with US advisors to achieve a beneficial outcome for clients, including trusts with US beneficiaries or US trusts with UK beneficiaries.
