Nicole Ng Yuen
Nicole specialises in advising companies, institutions and private shareholders on a broad range of corporate transactions and commercial transactions.
Nicole works on a diverse range of work including disputes and investigations, corporate real estate, multi-jurisdictional acquisitions of companies, general M&A transactions and commercial contracts.
As a trainee solicitor, Nicole has worked on secondment at Farfetch UK Limited, and regularly reviewed commercial contracts and assisted with M&A work.
Prior to qualifying as a solicitor, Nicole worked as a senior political aide in Canadian politics.
