Mattias is an England and Wales, New York and Swedish qualified attorney with a broad range of patent litigation experiences, covering technical fields such as medical diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, electronics, telecommunications, software and engineering. He also has experience of copyright and trademark litigation, as well as disputes involving claims of unfair competition and competition law. Mattias has a particular interest in multi-jurisdictional and cross-border issues related to intellectual property law, and legal innovation, and has published several articles on these topics.
