Adam has over 20 years of experience guiding clients through commercial property matters. He has considerable expertise in the hotels & leisure sector, and has acted on numerous mixed use and retail shopping centre schemes.

Adam guides clients through all manner of commercial property issues. He largely works with corporate clients, but also works with our private wealth team to advise ultra high net worth families concerning their real estate interests.

He advises on commercial and residential developments, and investments, acquisitions and disposals related to real estate transactions. Adam is a former principal advisor to a major serviced office provider and is recognised as an expert in the field.

Experience

Advising Cara on a prestigious acquisition	Cara Real Estate, the real estate arm of Cara Investment, on its acquisition of 7-10 Waterloo Place from real estate investment manager Barings. The Grade II listed office building in St James' was sold for GBP71m and is Cara's second London deal following the purchase of 20 Soho Square for GBP117m in 2018. This transaction drew on the deep expertise offered by the firm's real estate, construction, planning, banking and finance and corporate teams.
Redevelopment of Brentford Football Club	Brentford Football Club on all legal issues relating to the development of their new stadium covering real estate, planning, construction, corporate finance, IP, media and technology matters. Taylor Wessing advised on the redevelopment plans for the existing ground, Griffin Park, and the development of land for a new stadium together with match day corporate facilities, accommodation for the Sports Trust, and 910 residential units and a hotel.
