Adam is a partner and head of our Dublin office. He specialises in M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions. Adam primarily works with clients from the technology, media and communications, and life sciences and healthcare sectors.
Adam has particular experience in advising private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, having acted on a wide range of leveraged buyouts and related transactions. He frequently advises private equity-backed management teams on buyout transactions and incentive plans.
Working primarily in intellectual property-rich industries, Adam also advises institutional, corporate and individual investors, and the companies they invest in, on a wide range of corporate matters, including venture, growth and development capital investments.
Adam is qualified in Ireland, and England and Wales, and has significant experience in managing cross-border transactions.
