Joost Kokje

Joost has more than a decade of experience in a number of legal areas. As a lawyer, Joost has committed himself to employment related matters, in particular European and international labour law, restructuring and flexible employment (i.e. platform workers and outsourcing). Within the Employment, Pensions and Mobility practice group at Taylor Wessing Netherlands, Joost mostly works with internationally oriented companies, solving labour related difficulties in amicable and innovative ways. 

Joost publishes regularly on topics related to Dutch and international labour law. He is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association Netherlands (VAAN) the Dutch Employment Law Association (VvA), the Association of young employment laywers (VJAA), the International Association of Young Lawyers and the Amsterdam Bar Association. In 2021, Joost cum laude finished the postgraduate training Employment Law at the Grotius Academy.
