Mark Chan is the managing partner of Taylor Wessing, Hong Kong. Before establishing Taylor Wessing in Hong Kong, Mark spent almost two decades practising corporate and corporate finance law at top-tier UK, US and Singapore law firms. He is admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong, Singapore, and England and Wales.

Mark's clients include renown private and public companies, investment funds and private investors. With his years of experience supporting local and international clients in Hong Kong, Singapore, and other parts of Asia, Mark knows how to exceed his clients expectations and get the most out of each deal. He is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Mark will guide you through all stages of the business life cycle, from development and seed funding of startups via private equity or venture capital investment, to growth and restructuring through public or private M&As, and fundraising through IPOs, secondary listings or equity or debt financing in Hong Kong.
