Portfolio of 13 hotels: Taylor Wessing advises Invesco on strategic partnership with Westmont	Under the lead of Mark Rajbenbach (Taylor Wessing London), we advised Invesco Real Estate on the complex deal for the hotel portfolio in Germany and the Netherlands. Westmont will become the lessee of the hotels and minority shareholder of the landlord companies.
Insolvency administrator of Frankfurt-Hahn Airport in the sale of business operations	Taylor Wessing advised the insolvency administrator of the Frankfurt-Hahn Airport Group on all legal issues in connection with the complex asset deal in the sale of the business operations of Frankfurt-Hahn Airport. The airport operations including real estate and all assets from five of a total of six insolvency proceedings of group companies were sold.
Advanced Manufacturing Control Systems beim Erwerb von Quentic	Advanced Manufacturing Control Systems Ltd (AMCS) was advised on the acquisition of all shares in Quentic GmbH (Quentic) under the leadership of Dr. Peter Hellich (Taylor Wessing Munich) and Edward Waldron (Taylor Wessing London) and a team from Germany, the UK, the Netherlands, Austria and France. With a total of 4,000 customers, AMCS will be able to generate revenues of more than 180 million euros by the end of 2022.
