Philipp is a specialist lawyer for copyright law and media law as well as for information technologies and has gained considerable practical experience in the media, telecommunications, and e-commerce sector, inter alia, through various secondments.
In this context, he advises national and international technology and media companies on legal issues and questions relating to copyright, unfair competition, IT, distance selling, data protection, freedom of expression, and book price fixing law. A particular focus of his practice is on the drafting and the negotiation of complex IP/IT agreements, advising on business models and marketing concepts under aspects of unfair competition, book price fixing, tele-media, data protection and distance selling law, as well as representing his clients in respective disputes before the courts.
