As a member of the Trademarks, Advertising and Design Practice Area, Regina advises on legal issues of trademark, competition and copyright law. In this field, she advises national and international clients in court and out-of-court disputes. German, European and international trade mark applications and opposition and appeal proceedings before the DPMA and the EUIPO are another focus of her work.
