Lars-Gerrit specialises in capital markets transactions with a focus on subscription of shares and flotations as well as public take-overs and M&A transactions. He is head of the Corporate/ Capital Markets practice group at Taylor Wessing Germany.
A further area of expertise is providing legal and strategic advice to executive boards and supervisory boards of listed companies. His clients include German and international financial institutes, listed companies and investors.
