Marie-Dominique is an IP/IT lawyer who focuses on litigation across multiple areas of the IP practice. Her expertise also covers counselling and drafting of agreements. Marie-Dominique is a member of the Belgian AIPPI (Association for the Protection of Industrial Property).
Marie-Dominique is a bilingual (FR/NL) associate who holds a Masters of Law, with a specialisation in Belgian civil and procedural law, from the Free University of Brussels (VUB). During her studies she gained experience by doing several internships in law firms, including within the IP team of the Brussels office of Crowell & Moring. In addition, she completed an advanced masters in intellectual property rights and ICT law at the University of Leuven (KU Leuven). She was admitted to the Brussels Bar in 2019.
