Susanne is our Head of Restructuring & Insolvency in CEE. Her clients benefit from her quick-thinking and decisiveness on complex issues. Over a career of 25 years Susanne has made a name for herself as one of the most experienced insolvency lawyers in Austria.
Susanne joined in 2010 after managing her own insolvency, litigation and real estate law firm for just over a decade. She has worked on a huge variety of restructuring and insolvency cases, and passes this experience on to clients through her commercial wisdom, stand-out technical knowledge, and close professional network in the field. Susanne has been appointed as insolvency administrator by the Commercial Court in Vienna since 1995 and advises clients on all aspects of corporate insolvencies. As she spent two years working in-house with an Austrian bank, Susanne is also a specialist in banking law. She has particular experience in working with financial institutions, manufacturers, and technology, media & communications companies.
