Taylor Wessing announces partner promotion in Hong Kong

We are pleased to announce that Avis Lau has been appointed to the partnership of our Hong Kong office, with the promotion taking effect from 1 May 2022.

Avis has been with our firm since H.M. Chan & Co. was first established in 2015, before becoming Taylor Wessing last year. Her practice focuses on corporate and capital markets transactions, including regulatory and compliance, initial public offerings and secondary offerings in Hong Kong, as well as merger and acquisition matters. Avis is highly valued by our clients for her deep sector knowledge and expertise. This promotion recognises Avis' significant contribution to the firm and reflects the firm's continued investment in its key sectors including Technology, Life Sciences and Private Wealth.
