The two-day online workshop, devoted to regulatory challenges and risk management in Capital Groups, organised by MMC Polska, will take place on 15 and 16 September.

Experts will comprehensively discuss the issue of the amendment to the Code of Commercial Companies, as well as the issue of ESG reporting and the principles of corporate governance management. During the workshops, they will also share their knowledge about the criminal liability of managers and how to minimize the risk of violating competition law. We cordially invite you to participate!

One of the experts speaking will be Marta Dzieciuch, Senior Associate in the Warsaw banking & finance team at Taylor Wessing Poland. She will be speaking on the first day of the event - so on 15 September at 11:00 till 12:30. Her topic is: Corporate governance principles - responsibilities, duties, oversight, supervision, ethics and ESG reporting in companies.

The following topics will be discussed:

• Corporate governance management - duties of the Supervisory Board and the Audit Committee
• Ethical leadership or corporate governance in the context of ESG
• ESG - how to plan and report sustainable development according to the European Union requirements?

The workshop will be held in Polish.
