New frontiers: A more diverse future for video games

    • - GMT

Video games are a force of change in our society. They are immensely popular and growing. With this much growth comes an opportunity to deliver new genres of games to a different type of gamer. Instead of following changes in our society, the video games industry can take the lead in influencing the change. Does the sector have what it takes to do that?

Taylor Wessing have joined forces with SEGA Europe Ltd and Voice At The Table to bring together personalities representing the various parts of the sector to discuss the changes occurring across this industry. From diversity statistics to changes in game development, we will explore how the UK Games industry is changing and what else we can do to spearhead diversity in the sector.

Our panel of exceptional speakers include Charu Desodt from Interior/Night, Dr. Mark Taylor from the University of Sheffield, Liz Prince from Amiqus recruitment and Mikayla Sinead of the Bridge Network Group.

Join us for a thought-provoking conversation, moderated by Voice At The Table's Rina Goldenberg Lynch and contribute your thoughts to what promises to be an evening of exploration, inspiration and fun.
