We are hosting a session with Simon Salzedo QC and Adam Rushworth where we'll unpack the aftermath of the Manchester Building Society v Grant Thornton UK decision. Simon and Adam were members of the counsel team who represented Grant Thornton and will share their unique insights on what the Supreme Court's ruling means for future professional negligence claims in the accountancy industry.
