Tamara advises clients across media, music and entertainment, e-commerce, technology, cybersecurity, lifesciences and other sectors on a wide variety of data protection, privacy, direct marketing and commercial matters. This includes conducting desktop and in-person GDPR audits and remediation exercises, managing international compliance projects, and advising on regulatory investigations.
Tamara's experience includes providing practical, actionable advice to a range of start-ups, including across femtech, healthtech, edtech and fintech spaces. She also advises on the data protection and privacy implications of implementing innovative technology, including facial recognition and identity verification.
Tamara created and leads our legal design programme, as part of the firm's focus on innovation. Legal design combines our legal expertise with human-centred design to create more engaging and accessible contracts, policies and other legal content.
