Russell heads the team that advises on corporate finance and equity capital markets work in the UK. Russell works with clients from a wide range of sectors including technology, telecoms, gaming, real estate and financial services. He's also particularly active in the Indian market.

Russell advises clients on a wide range of domestic and crossborder corporate finance transactions. He has experience across acquisitions and disposals, initial public offers (IPOs), fundraisings, joint ventures, buyouts and corporate restructurings, and works with both public and private companies and institutions. Russell can also act as a strategic advisor to your board. He regularly advises board members on a range of issues, including UK Listing Rules and Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the AIM Rules, the Takeover Code and general company law. Russell has an excellent network of corporates and intermediaries in India, and regularly visits the country.
