Rachel has had experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements, with a particular focus on software as well as technology more generally.

She regularly works with clients in the consumer and retail space, most commonly with their supply agreements and consumer facing terms and policies. She has worked with clients on innovative supply-chain technologies and business transformation projects. Rachel has undergone a secondment to market leading NYSE listed global fashion / technology platform, working on drafting / reviewing and supporting negotiation of high value commercial contracts in the fashion / retail sector, and working closely with the in-house technology teams on various ecommerce projects, including the white labelling of ecommerce solutions.

With experience advising clients on advertisements, marketing and promotions, Rachel is regularly asked to advise on ASA / Cap Code compliance and general consumer protection issues. More recently, Rachel's experience with supply chain and consumer issues has led her to advising on a range of food and hygiene standards matters for large restaurants and hotels.
