Noelle is an associate in our IP/IT group specialising in all aspects of soft IP and advertising matters. She has a broad practice ranging from IP transactions, including licensing, franchising, and corporate support to contentious trade mark and copyright matters, and data privacy/cyber disputes.
Noelle advises across a wide range of industries, with a particular focus on the technology, e-commerce, media, and consumer, luxury and retail sectors.
Noelle has spent time on secondment to the IP & Innovation team at global luxury e-commerce platform, Farfetch, where she was responsible for advising on commercial IP agreements, advertising matters, and IP disputes. She is currently on secondment to the IP & Content team at global media company, Conde Nast.
