Nathan is one of the leading international advisors in Israel, taking a proactive and commercial hands-on approach to the Israeli market.

Having served as advisor to the Israeli Ambassador Ron Prosor at the United Nations in New York, Nathan is well connected at various levels of Israeli government and in international diplomatic circles generally.

An Australian-educated and qualified lawyer, Nathan's professional background is as a corporate lawyer, specialising in equity capital markets transactions. As co-head of our international Israel group, Nathan works to support Israeli companies in their international activities, monitoring and sharing cross-border investment opportunities and assisting companies seeking to gain access to the Israeli market. He acts as a local point of contact for our Israeli clients looking for commercial assistance to expand globally. He also supports international clients looking to access the Israel group's local contact network and exploit Israel's market opportunities.
