Nathan Krapivensky

Nathan is recognised as one of the leading international lawyers in Israel, taking a proactive, instrumental and hands-on approach to the Israeli legal market.

An Australian-educated and qualified lawyer, Nathan's professional background is as a corporate lawyer, specialising in equity capital markets transactions. Having served as advisor to the Israeli Ambassador Ron Prosor at the United Nations in New York, Nathan is well connected at various levels of Israeli government and in international diplomatic circles generally.

Nathan co-leads our Israel desk, supporting Israeli companies in their international activities, monitoring and sharing cross-border investment opportunities and assisting companies seeking to gain access to the Israeli market. He acts as a local point of contact for our Israeli clients looking to expand globally and also provides support to our international clients looking to access Israel's market opportunities.
