Millie is an associate in the Employment, Pensions and Mobility Group and advises on all areas of both contentious and non-contentious English employment law and HR related matters.
Millie's contentious experience includes advice on a variety of litigation proceedings ranging from unfair dismissal claims to complex worker status and discrimination claims. In terms of non-contentious work, Millie regularly advises clients on day-to-day employee relations issues, employment contract, restructures and managing complex sickness absence, disciplinary and grievance processes.
