Liam advises clients on payments services and e-money issuance, cryptoassets, FSMA regulated activities, financial promotions, and the regulatory perimeter.
Liam has experience coordinating multi-jurisdictional teams for financial services regulatory advice. He has spent time on secondment at a leading multi-national technology company, sitting within its UK legal group advising on regulatory, disputes, and corporate matters.
