James is an Australian-qualified associate in the Disputes & Investigations group. He has experience in both the London and Sydney markets in a range of general commercial disputes and regulatory investigations, with a particular focus on financial services and banking. He has experience advising in matters with clients and considerations across multiple jurisdictions.

James has experience in both traditional and ad hoc legal settings. He has acted in matters before the Federal Court of Australia and the High Court of Justice in England, as well as Royal Commissions and in arbitration.
